WHY THIS WORK
I've sat where you're sitting.
I spent 12 years in corporate finance — leading teams and managing complex commercial work across Dubai, the GCC, and Europe navigating the politics, and learning what it actually takes to hold pressure without losing yourself.
Then I walked away. Not for a plan — for a reckoning. Two years of dismantling, rebuilding, and discovering that the version of me who performed strength in boardrooms wasn't the same version who could actually help people.
Today, I combine that corporate experience with executive coaching training through InnerLifeSkills, working toward my ICF ACC credential. The coaching isn't theoretical — it comes from having lived the tension between ambition and exhaustion, between performance and authenticity.
