Questions people ask
before they start.

If yours isn't here, just reach out. I'm happy to chat.

It's a free, informal conversation where we talk through where you are, what's on your mind, and what you'd like to achieve. I'll share honestly whether coaching is the right fit for you. No sales pitch. Just a genuine conversation. You can book one directly from this website.

Yes. Everything you share with me is treated as strictly confidential. Sessions are not recorded. I take this seriously. The coaching space is a safe space.

Absolutely. I work with clients in the UAE, India, the UK, and beyond. Sessions happen over video call. The coaching is designed to be location-flexible.

Personal finance coaching focuses on your relationship with money. Building clarity, structure, and confidence around budgeting, saving, investing, and the mindset behind your financial decisions.

Executive coaching focuses on your relationship with work. How you show up, handle pressure, make decisions, and grow as a leader or professional.

Different context, same foundation: self-awareness, honesty, and practical change.

It's education, structure, and accountability. Not financial advice. I don't manage your money or tell you what to buy. Instead, I help you understand how money works, build a system that fits your life, and develop the habits and confidence to manage your finances independently. We also work on the mindset and behaviour behind your money decisions, because that's where the real shifts happen.

Not at all. Most of my clients start with little to no financial knowledge. The whole point of the journey is to build that understanding from the ground up. We start with the basics and move at your pace.

A financial advisor typically manages your money for you. I do the opposite. I teach you to manage it yourself. Think of it like a personal trainer: I don't lift the weights for you, but I give you the plan, the form, and the accountability to get stronger on your own.

No. And that's what makes this different. Alongside the practical side (budgeting, saving, investing), we work on the deeper layer: your beliefs about money, the emotional patterns that drive your decisions, and the habits that keep you stuck. I use behavioural science and reflective frameworks to help you understand why you do what you do with money. And how to change it.

The coaching is designed to work for all income types. Salaried, freelance, business owners, and people who receive an allowance or financial support. We build a system that handles your specific reality, not a textbook situation.

By the end of the journey, you'll have the tools, structure, and confidence to manage your finances independently. That's the goal. You don't need me forever. Some clients choose to extend support with ongoing check-ins, but that's entirely optional and something we discuss together.

It's a structured, confidential partnership focused on how you show up at work. How you handle pressure, make decisions, deal with people, and grow. I don't give advice or tell you what to do. I bring tools, honest questions, and a process that helps you see what's getting in the way and move through it. The goal is clarity, ownership, and a different way of operating. Not just a to-do list.

It's for professionals in corporates, startups, and those building something of their own. You don't need to be in a senior leadership role. If you feel capable but stuck, under-recognised, mentally drained, or ready for a new level of ownership and growth, this is designed for you.

No. Coaching is forward-focused. We work on goals, decisions, patterns, and action. Therapy addresses clinical mental health concerns and often focuses on processing the past. If I believe therapy would be more appropriate for what you're dealing with, I'll say so honestly. The two can complement each other, but they're not the same thing.

Each session follows a structured process: we agree on a focus for that session, explore solutions and insights together, and close with concrete actions and next steps. Sessions are 60 minutes and may extend to 90 when needed. It's not a casual chat. It's focused, purposeful work.

After the discovery call, I'll send you a short intake questionnaire. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes and helps me understand your situation so our first session hits the ground running. That's all you need to do.

I'm trained through InnerLifeSkills, an ICF-accredited executive coaching programme, and I'm currently completing my ICF ACC credential. My coaching approach is grounded in over 12 years of corporate finance experience across Dubai, the GCC, and Europe. So I understand the environments my clients are navigating.

By the end, you'll have the tools, self-awareness, and practical frameworks to operate differently, without needing me. Some clients choose to continue with a new package or periodic check-ins, but that's entirely optional. The goal is always to work myself out of a job.
